Jewelry is every woman’s best friend and yet, because of the price tag, her worst enemy. But not always.
This finely crafted beautiful pendant attached to strings of colorful tiny beads was a part of junk jewelry selling on the steps of Elephanta caves and immediately caught my fancy. Vibrant colors, intricate work, ethnic looks and dirt cheap.
I wonder how much time & effort it takes to make each such piece and how much money the actual creator gets.

Exquisite detail!! I wish I could find jewelry that my wife likes. And then, I wish I could afford it (ha-ha).

I’m not much for jewelry in general, I don’t wear any, not even my wedding ring, but it’s sure that beautifully crafted things are to be found all overthe world.
Somehow I have a feeling that they are best worn were they are made.
(You haven’t made the six word tag yet?)
